Hello, I’m

Fatima Perez

Business Administration, Management Business student.

About Me

I’m a Business Administration student at Biola University with a strong interest in people-centered leadership and business environments where relationships, systems, and responsibility intersect. I’m naturally relational and thrive in team settings, where I bring calm, encouragement, and a steady presence. My approach to work is shaped by integrity, humility, and a desire to serve others well. As I prepare to enter the professional world, I’m looking for opportunities where I can grow, contribute meaningfully, and lead with both excellence and care.

Projects

Quest Diagnostics SWOT Analysis:

For my Principles of Management course, my team and I gave a 10-minute presentation providing an in-depth analysis of Quest Diagnostics. We evaluated their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

This project highlights the hard work and dedication my team and I put in. It helped me improve my public speaking skills and deepened my understanding of how to analyze a Fortune 500 company.

If I had the chance to do this project again, I’d spend more time reviewing our findings and diving deeper into the research.

Experience: Where I've Worked

Intern, Surgical Artistry

June 2020

During my internship at Surgical Artistry, I gained hands-on experience in customer service and administrative support. I was responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with patients. Additionally, I shadowed the doctor during consultations and procedures, which helped me understand the importance of patient care and effective communication in a medical setting.

Intern, California Flavored Nuts

October 2022 – Present

In my role at California Flavored Nuts, I design and create schematic layouts for produce displays in over 200 grocery stores. This includes coordinating the visual arrangement of products, ensuring that each layout is tailored to maximize sales during different seasons. I also assist with market research, inventory management, and collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement and visibility, particularly for seasonal items.

Part-Time Nanny

October 2023 – Present

As a part-time nanny, I care for two children, a one-year-old boy and a five-year-old girl. This role has helped me develop strong time management and multitasking skills, as I balance their needs with my academic responsibilities. I’ve learned the importance of patience, empathy, and responsibility while providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
